Carolina is the best! As first time home buyers there was a lot of new information and processes to learn, and she guided us through it all with ease. I was expecting it to be a painful experience after watching my parents go through moving 3 states in 3 years but it wasn't at all, she made it really smooth and easy. She always kept us informed and up to date on everything, and with her guidance our offer was chosen even though it wasn't even the highest bid! She was also able to recommend several affordable contractors to help fix some of the items that the inspector found. Buying a home in San Diego is can be tricky - especially for first time home buyers. Carolina took all the guess work out of the process and made sure that we knew where to look to get a great house that was also a smart investment. She went above and beyond to help us understand the process of buying a home and was extremely responsive throughout our search and even afterwards as we transitioned into home ownership. She helped us find contractors to tackle some of the bigger projects we envisioned to put our stamp on our first home, and answered all of our rookie homeowner questions. Thanks to her dedication to our search we were able to see our house the day it was listed and had our offer accepted only 2 days later. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking in San Diego, and if we ever move again she'll be the first call we make.

Working with Carolina was such a great experience, her approach as a realtor is refreshing. I spoke with multiple realtors when I first began and she is the only one who didn’t come off as a greasy salesperson, she was the only one who wanted to get to know me first. Carolina is also the most patient realtor, my search and purchase took almost a year thanks to the craziness that is 2020, but she continued to fight for me in a very competitive market. Her attention to detail continued even after my purchase, she didn’t take a break until I was moved in.

Carolina is THE BEST. She advocated for us (the buyers) so well, kept us in the loop as to what was happening with our home purchase, and is always happy and responsive. She knows her stuff! Also the water heater died the day before we closed and she made sure the seller replaced it before we moved in! We've worked with 2 other realtors before her, and she put them to shame. Oh man where do I even begin! Caro is just such a wonderful person to begin with, and combined with her expertise, the home buying process was fun and stress free. Okay, maybe not completely stress free, but she was proactive and professional when anything changed that was out of our control. As a first home buyer, I was both nervous and excited, and Caro was instrumental in keeping me grounded in reality on both fronts. She genuinely cares about her clients, listening to their initial goals and dreams, and reminds you when you're looking at your 7th property and changing you mind about things. This was really helpful to be able to keep the things that were important to me, as this process can be distracting and overwhelming. She was also a master communicator, often over-communicating (which I appreciate because I forget stuff) to make sure no deadlines were missed, and that I was making progress in checking off items from the list of to-dos. Fast forward 6 months and I'm in my first home, loving every minute of it, and I have Caro to thank for that. If you want a Realtor that really cares and goes the extra mile, Carolina is that person.
